ML110G5 Create a raid 1 on existing system

I have a ML110G5 running Proxmox with only one HD. I bought an original and approved HD to create a raid1.
Question: How can I add the new hard disk and the raid 1 type without formatting the 1st disk?

I can stop the server for some times but not reinstalling it at all.

Which RAID controller and disks do you have?

This server comes with two controller otpions, embedded SATA controller with STA disks and SAS controller with SAS or SATA disks.

I'm using the embedded SATA interface, not auxiliary SATA card.

the disks are WD 250GB HP p/n 484429-001
