ML110G5 no option for autorun on power supply return

HI
Just got a new ML110G5 out of the box, ( basic model with ICH raid only and no LO card)
When I supply power to the unit, leds light on on mother board, but the unit does not auto start.Have to push button to power it up.
No options in the bios and no indications on mother board jumpers to enable this function.
Very annoying for a server that cannot be started by the PSU.
Any solutions ?
