ML110g5 no work with matrox g450

Hi, I sold a matrox G450 Quad mon to my client. This card has to be installed on HP ML110 g5 with Windows 2003 Svr r2 on PCI slot. We download all the last version of drivers and Bios from matrox web-site. The problem is that when we connect the monitor to the card, the monitors don't work. we don't have any image. please can you help us. thank in advance
