ML115 G5 freezes

Just setting up a new ML115 G5 server and have had issues from the start.

During install of Windows Server 2008 Enterprise the system freezes, so reboot and install continues. Installation has now finished but on downloading anything from the network the machine freezes.

If you uninstall the network device and then go to reinstall the device the machine freezes with the box in the corner telling you it's installing the driver.

Tried the default windows driver and the broadcom 'driver only' install from the downloads section.

Any advice appreciated.
