Re: ML115 disable on board grafic
I have got the card recognised - BUT here is the issue?
I have 4 memory slots in this machine and a dual core opteron CPU (1 physical CPU).
It came with 1GB RAM (2 x 512MB) PC2-5300 ECC
These are in slots 1 and 3.
I added 2 x 2GB and got a total of 5GB RAM.
Loading Win XP, Win XP 64 bit, Vista 64 bit - the video card is not recognised even though the macimum memory is - depending on the OS (32 bit = 3GB).
Once I removed the extra memory - the card is recognised in the OS.
I can mix the 1 x 2GB and 1 x 512MB and it still works - even in 64 Bit VISTA.
BUT when I install any more memory i.e. the extra 512 or extra 2GB or both - it fails to recognise the card.
So I can get it to work with 2.5GB (2GB plus 512MB) but no more.
I have tried the different slots as well - no luck.
ANY IDEAS??
Thanks
Nitesh
