ML150 G2 BIOS setting

It's not as simple as you think :)
Post screen says that I have "Compaq System ROM 2005.03.10" BIOS rev.
But here http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bizsupport/TechSupport/SoftwareDescription.jsp?lang=en&cc=us&prodTypeId=0&prodSeriesId=1163831&swItem=MTX-18d6831babf94294b894eab436&prodNameId=3279687&swEnvOID=1005&swLang=8&taskId=135&mode=5 I see that initial relise of the BIOS is 2006.04.29
And when I'm trying to flash BIOS from usb flash drive with latest revision it says that there are no components to update.
When I'm trying to flash with oldest one from floppy it says that can't load DOS or smth that...
What I need to do?
Does the latest ROM have 100% have this advanced menu?
