ML150 G3 USB question

I've tried with both RHEL 4 and 5 with the same results. I've disabled USB in BIOS and booting with no extra parameters.

/proc/interrupts

CPU0 CPU1 CPU2 CPU3
0: 43360 0 0 0 XT-PIC timer
1: 0 0 0 0 XT-PIC i8042
2: 0 0 0 0 XT-PIC cascade
5: 0 0 0 0 XT-PIC uhci_hcd:usb2
7: 0 0 0 0 XT-PIC uhci_hcd:usb4, eth1
8: 1 0 0 0 XT-PIC rtc
9: 1 0 0 0 XT-PIC acpi
10: 2 0 0 0 XT-PIC uhci_hcd:usb1, ehci_hcd:usb5
11: 150 0 0 0 XT-PIC uhci_hcd:usb3, eth0

Relevant part of lspci:

00:1d.7 USB Controller: Intel Corporation 631xESB/632xESB/3100 Chipset EHCI USB2 Controller (rev 09)

Booting with nousb parameter sure enough makes them disappear, but the keyboard stops working.

First question:
What USB is the BIOS option supposed to disable. It sure isn't disabling these 5 ports.

Second question:
Are the PS2 ports bridged to the USB bus?
