ML150 G5 System Board LED's

I have a sick ML150 and am looking for an explanation of the System Board LED's. Specifically LED3. When the Health LIght on the front of the case goes amber, LED3 is red. What component is signified by LED3? The maintenance and service guide does not go into that detail.

Power supply or power issue. Check your power supplies, UPS, and input power. It could be a bad battery on a UPS.

Does anybody know what LED4 is for on the system board? I cannot find the answer to that in the service manual either.
