ML150 G5 beeps and fail to start

When plugged in a green light starts blinking in the board. When powered on, bios throws 8 beeps and there isn't any video response. Heating looks ok, system health and power leds look green and ok too but there is no video response.

I'm newbie and I don't know where to look next.

some suggestions...
>reseat the memory modules
>start with minimun config like remove any addon cards
>boot with a single processor installed if there are two
>change the monitor

Already done but still the same.

AmiBIOS documentation says 8 beeps must be video memory. Any suggestions to fix it?

Have you tried to clear the NVRAM/CMOS on the bios?

If it really is the on board memory ram then all you can do is replace the system board or possibly if it's not in warranty anymore try to hook up an extra graphics card to it.

The clear CMOS button on the ML150 G5 is located next to the battery.

Tried the CMOS button, but no result. Server is out of warranty too.

I'll try with a new graphic card
