ML150 G6 will not boot with second cpu

I recently tried to upgrade our ML150 G6 with a second cpu + RAM (XEON E5502 1.86GHZ-2X2MB KIT ML150 G6) same processor & RAM config as originaly in the ML150.
With 2 processors, it will not post.
with either processor and/or either RAM in CPU pos.1 it posts fine.
Updating BIOS did not help.
What am I missing?

look on page 25 for 2 cpu the options for ram slots
need to be correct or it will not boot

Dear mark1234,

I will "thank" you the forum way as soon as I have confirmed that your solution/suggestion works.
It seems likely it will work (the ram I have turned out to be mixed registered and unregistered).
New ram is ordered but not yet delivered. Hope to be able to thank you later this week ;)
