ML150 Motherboard led1 flushing and server not boot.

I have a sick ML150 and am looking for an explanation of the System Board LED's. Specifically mother board LED1. When the Health LIght on the front of the case goes amber, LED3 is red. What component is signified by LED1? The maintenance and service guide does not go into that detail.

The same problem on the server ML150 G6!

The device does not turn on. The server was very slow performance and it was rebooted. The shutdown process will last long (about 15-20 minutes), after the device is no longer consolidated. Motherboard P/N: 466611-002. See photo.

How to solve the problem?
