ML150 g2 inquiry

I would like to inquire if ML150 G2 has an Automatic Server Restart feature in the bios? If yes how could I disable it. Thanks.

Re: ML150 g2 inquiry

Hi,

go to RBSU
then select asr option
The ASR menu may include
ASR Status : The ASR Status option is a simple toggle setting that either enables or disables ASR. When set to Disabled, no ASR features function.

ASR Timeout : The ASR Timeout option sets a timeout limit for resetting a server that is not responding. When the server has not responded in the selected amount of time, it automatically resets.

Thermal Shutdown : The Thermal Shutdown option is a simple toggle setting that determines when the server automatically powers down due to dangerous temperatures. When the setting is enabled (default), the HP Health Driver initiates a system shutdown when the temperature reaches 5 degrees of critical level. When the setting is disabled, the HP Health Driver shuts down the system at critical level.

Re: ML150 g2 inquiry

There is no ASR option on the 100 series of Proliants.
The truth is out there, but I forgot the URL..
