ML150 g5 and Windows Server 2003 x64 install

I've been able to install Windows Server 2003 x86 from Microsoft CD's, without SmartStart (unavailable for ML150) using the E200 (128 MB, BBWC, 4x SATA 500 GB hdd's, RAID 0+1).

But when installing the 64-bit OS, Windows doesn't have a driver for the controller. The virtual floppy driver (in the BIOS) is accessible as an alternate driver source, but that driver won't load. I've got the latest ML150 G5 BIOS (dated 10/2008) - do I need to update the virtual floppy elsewhere?

Do I need to resort to a physical floppy with SATA RAID x64 drivers?

Has anyone else made this work?

Yes, you will need a physical usb floppy. Or you can create an ISO CD with the OS and the drivers using nliteos.com.
