ML150G3, how to install RAID drivers?

Hello,
My ML150G3 does not have a floppy drive, nor does it look like it has the connections on the motherboard to add one, how can i install the raid drivers for windows server 2k3 without a floppy?
I tried to use a USB drive but it says insert a disk into A:.
Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Adam,

We need to use a floppy to install the Raid drivers.

Has you have said this server does not has an option for IDE Floppy drive and you need to use USB Floppy drive only.

Has per your comments the USB floppy drive is detected by the floppy is not detected.

Use a different floppy and check,
also download the latest drivers from the HP site and extract the drivers to floppy.
