ML150G6 not starting from cold boot.

New ML150G6, straight out of the box will not boot from cold start.  Fans fire all the way up and stay on but POST never comes up.  Turn off and back on and it boots and will continue to boot as long as the machine has not cooled off fully.  Is this normal behavior?

Not sure I described this right.  The issue only occurs if power has been removed from the machine and it has had time to cool completely off.  If you leave the power connected it will boot even after hours of being down just fine.

Perhaps something to do with the psu backplane if using a redundant psu otherwise with the system board. I do not think it is do with the cooling as server powers up fine if cable is removed
