ML30 Gen9 Status Degraded
Hi,
I have problem with HPE ProLiant ML30 Gen9 server, health LED is flashing orange all the time. When I open the iLO it's shows System Health Degraded. Does anyone know how to fix this.

Hi Boban,
Good Day. We see from the screenshot that you are using Western Digital drives. HPE drives come with a caddy which consists of a smart carrier which helps in authentication of the drive. Please use genuine HPE drives by checking the quickspecs of the server for the compatible drives listed. If you face issues after using HPE drives then please log a case with us using the below link:-

Hi Boban,
The part number shared does not seem to have a caddy with it. This needs to be looked at and a support ticket needs to be logged with us for troubleshooting of the issue. Request you to please log a case using the below link so that this can be verified and diagnostics can be done for the same.
