ML305G3 showme Device Failed Bay:0 in Integrated Managament Log

Hello,
My HP Proliant ML350G3 show me in Integrated Managament Log: Drive Array Failed: Device Failed-Bay:0 - Chassis Type: Internal Storage - Chassis ID: 2 - Chassis Port: 1
How do resolve this issue ?

Looks like HDD with SCSI ID 2 have failed. Replace this drive. If you use Smart Array controller, the array should be rebuild automatically.

Hi, red led in any hard drive not on, and lock my server when show me this message.
