ML310 - Embedded Sata Raid
Hello
I had a ML310 g4 proliant and the embbeded sata raid was activated. Somebody has deactivated this function and at the moment we have 2 disks with no synchronzation between them. Is it possible to re-activate this mirroring ( from disk 0 to disk 1 ) without re-installing all the server ?
Thanks for your help

What exactly do you mean? deactivated the embedded controller or deactivated the mirroring? And how was this deactivation done?

Re: ML310 - Embedded Sata Raid
maybe someone disabled the sata mode on that controller.
look on the RBSU under advanced options the sata mode and see what is set to.

Re: ML310 - Embedded Sata Raid
Hello
In this ML310 Proliant, there is an Intel(R) 82801 GR SATA Controller embedded. At the moment, in the bios, this controller is deactivated. So, the 2 disks ( We have 2 disks slotted ) are not mirorred. My question : is it possible to re-activate the mirorring in this controller without reinstalling all the server ( The disk 0 is the sytem disk ).
Thanks for your help
