ML310 - SCSI Bios not installed...

First I installed win2k server on the 36gb scsi HD which is connected to the onboard SCSI controller (bios 3.02.01). Then I installed a 3Ware 7500-4LP ATA RAID card. After that was installed, the computer refuses to load the onboard scsi bios. In the system BIOS, the onboard scsi is set to boot. I've played around with the IRQ settings which had no effect too.

I've flashed the 3ware controller with the latest BIOS/Firmware. Flashed the ML310 with latest BIOS (5/02/2003). Attempted to flash the HD with the latest Rompaq, but apparently its already up to date (SP19682).

The SCSI bios displays the following info:
Slot: 00, Port: 1,ID: 0, LUN:0, Vendor: compaq, Product: BDO3695A27, Sync: ASYN,Bus: 8, HD#: -blank-

Any ideas what the deal is?

Re: ML310 - SCSI Bios not installed...

Solved!

Called up compaq and they said its a 3ware problem. Called up 3ware and the guy told me about an undocumented keystroke that I need to push at startup to disable the 3ware bios. ALT+B. Sure is going to be annoying to get that keystroke in for every reboot...
