ML310 SCSI and IDE card

I have installed Win2000 server on SCSI drive.
The system work correctly. After i have installed a PCI IDE RAID card. When i try to start the system, the server don't start. The SCSI bios write:" BIOS installed". In BIOS the first startup controller is SCSI controller on board.
If i uninstall the PCI IDE RAID controller the system start.

Re: ML310 SCSI and IDE card

Hello Andrea,
Please disable the BIOS of the IDE Raid controller you have by going into the advanced configuration of the IDE controller you have. I have seen this with some controllers because they take over the Boot controller order.
