ML310 STOP Blue Screen
Can anyone help with the following.
I have ML310 running W2k SP3 and SQL 2k and reboot regularly with the following blue screen message:
Blue Screen Trap (BugCheck, STOP: 0x000000D1 (0x00000500, 0x00000002, 0x00000001, 0x889E1F8D))
In Windows 2000 there are no messages in the event log preceding the reboot.
Only
The previous system shutdown at 6:08:13 PM on 7/7/2003 was unexpected.
Data:

Re: ML310 STOP Blue Screen
You may want to disable ASR (Automatic Server Restart) in the Proliant BIOS (F9) so you can find out more information on the blue screen itself. You can lake for files mentioned or any lead whatsoever.
Also try to upgrade to WK2 SP4, this is the latest SP for W2K.
If you cannot find anything in the MS KB about your error, you can configure a memory dump and examine that with the MS Resource kit tools.

Re: ML310 STOP Blue Screen
Hi Gert
already install the SP4 for W2k, I only need to wait the behavior of the server.
But I found another document in this forum which recommends uninstall the IM agents.
What do you think about?
Thanks
