ML310 Ultra3Scsi Performance

Hi ,

I have a Proliant ML310 SCSI model. The embedded Ultra3SCSI controller display always
on scan BUS=8 SYNC=async.I upgraded de Bios to the last ver. , the hard-disk is a U320 36GB 10.000 rpm model.
Have anyone the same problem.
