ML310 integrated NIC Problem

Hi there, I have this ML310 wit a integrated GB-NIC onboard. I had Problems with it for weeks, till I used the Tool iperf for measuring Bandwith. If i used the ML as an iperf client everything was OK ( >90 MB per minute). But if a clientcomputer was the client and the ML uses iperf in Servermode, the bandwith was less then 1MB per minute. I have called HP for support and they changed the Systembord but nothing happens. Everything is the same. I have changed drivers, Firmware, Registrysettngs,... Nothing helps. Then I installed a extra GB-NIC. And now everything works great.
Does anybody know something about this "curiosity".
