ML310e G8 with B120i controller, add a second HDD, to conform RAID 0

I have an HP ProLiant ML310e Gen 8, which has a B120i controller and one (1) 2TB HDD.
This system has Windows Server 2012 STD installed.
Unfortunately the HDD presents surface damage, however, the S.O. it's still working.
How can I add a second HDD to make a mirror of the first hard disk and replace it?

Hi,

Please refer to this post:

Better to take a data backup and then add hdd's and create a new raid.

Thank You!

B140i Controller doesnt come with Cache Memory Module. It Utilizes the Part of System Memory as Cache.
Dynamic smart array controller or Smart Array P-series Controller do not support Raid Expansion , Extension and Transformation without hardware cache and battery backup.

Solution is to backup data and re-create the array and restore the data.

Thank You!
