ML330 160 gigabytes hard disk

I have a Compaq ProLiant ML330 G2, in the last day i bought a 160 gigabytes hard disk,DiamondMax Plus 9 maxtor.
Bios can see only 137 of 160 gb of hard disk capacity. I have link the hd to my server with a Ultra ATA-100 IDE.
what can i do?
those are some info about my server:
Processor Intel Pentium (r) III processor at 1.0 GHz

Hi,

Might be compatibility problem i am able to get following information :

Maximum Internal Storage
with Optional Hot Plug Drive Cage (SCSI Models) 402.8 GB (3 x 36.4 GB non-hot-plug + 2 x 146.8 GB hot plug) (internal drive bays, and optional hot plug drive cage)
Maximum Internal Storage
(ATA Models)

Hi stefano,

The maximum ATA hard disk supported on this is 80 GB.

You can attach 4 ATA hard disk, 2 per channel.

thank you very much for your reply, another question:could i connect directly hard disk to the slot ide of cd rom drive?

But yes you can connect but, it is not recomended.

Please see the following article which explains why Windows 2000 can only see 137Gb.
