ML330 G2 Integrated Management Log

I am trying to clear an old STOP error event in the IML. When I access the IML Viewer on the local machine, I receive the message "The requested machine is not running the Compaq Remote Monitor service or it can't be found on the network". When I search HP.com for the Remote Monitor software, I have located version 5.0.2.0 J at the following URL: http://h18007.www1.hp.com/support/files/server/us/revision/2009.html but I do not see the ML330 G2 listed as a supported system nor do I see a newer version of the software.

I have tried to clear the message via the Insight Agents but they are erroneously reporting that SNMP Set must be enabled (they are enabled).

Any idea how I can clear this log?

In addition to enabling SNMP sets in the Insight agent control panel applet, make sure you have defined a read/write or read/create community string on the security tab of the SNMP service.
