ML330 G2 cannot find SCSI disks

Update:

I have tried several different ways of getting round the problem, but to no avail so far. Last resort was MS knowledgebase article 198859, but with no luck. Any further suggestions would be appreciated.

Your other threads are not attached. So What are the drives exactly and they are attached to ??? RAID controller LVD bus? or SE SCSI bus?

Re: ML330 G2 cannot find SCSI disks

Does the scsi adapter not find the drives or is it Windows NT?

Have you tried specifying the driver for the controller by pressing F6? This should be done when the screen shows "Setup is inspecting your hardware configuration".
The truth is out there, but I forgot the URL..

NT does not see the disks, it loads the SCSI adapter driver at the F6 prompt, but then says no disks are available..

Re: ML330 G2 cannot find SCSI disks

Has the controller order been set to have it boot off this controller, whichever one it is, by accessing the rom based setup (F9)?

Is this NT4 or Win 2000?

If this is NT4 and the wrong driver is being specified, by pressing F6, it'll take the driver, but give a message similar to what you've seen so far.
