ML330 G3 805 Unsupported Processor

I need some help.I added a second processor on my ML330 G3 server and get the "805 - unsupported processor" error. The latest rom is installed, the processor is the same which is the P4 2.4 Xeon 533 512.Any help is appreciated.

Hello Kham,
Please reverse the position of the processors. Actually remove both the CPUs and just install the SECOND/NEWER CPU in slot 1. Once the system comes back up then it's fine. Shut down and install the CPU you had in SLOT one originally to SLOT two. The only other reason could be defective Heat Sink. Please let me know how you make out.

I have tried removing both cpu's completely,and then installed the second/new cpu in the place of the first cpu.Upon boot up I still get the "805 -Unsupported processor"
