ML330 W2k3 update SP1 hang

I try to install on a ML 330 G2, Winn2003 SP1 update but the sp hang when backing up registry.

All drivers are up to date, no other special softwares are running on this server.

This is a DC, I have the same problem with another DC on a ML370 G1(all other servers update succesfully)

Any idea?
