ML350; 0 disk found
Hi.
I have a problem with my new ml350 G5. I don't know how-to configure e200 controller. Maybe, someone can give my something like "step by step configuration guide" or something else?
ACU reports that "0 disk found", HDD-leds does not lights. e200 is a primary boot controller. I try with e200(64mb) and e200(128) with same result.(+ ACU with e200(128Mb)reports that battery is not charged).
Thnx.

Re: ML350; 0 disk found
hi
if you are going to use W2003 x32 bits use Smartstart CD
http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bizsupport/TechSupport/SoftwareDescription.jsp?lang=en&cc=us&prodTypeId=15351&prodSeriesId=1121586&prodNameId=3279711&swEnvOID=1005&swLang=8&mode=2&taskId=135&swItem=MTX-380a6a0f53ea4a9ab8bfe8b554
you load the CD.
in SSCD homepage, select maintain, Array configuration utility, setup your RAID level
go to homepage again and select deploy server, follow steps
this thread can provide you some more info

Re: ML350; 0 disk found
If the controller isn't seeing your disks check to make sure the disks are seated properly and the controller cable is connected. It's possible you have bad disks
