ML350 5130, 146GB LFF SAS HDD temperature very hot...

Anybody here had met this problem, my server's HDD temperature very hot, it's around 80-90 celsius. not only 1 unit HDD, is all 4 units same temperature.. sometimes will show HDD Error LED.

Anybody can help to slove this problem?

May i know where exactly you see the temperature readings, if it is in iLO, this is iLO 2 firmware issue. Update it to resolve the issue.
