ML350 Drive Status Change Errors

Several times a day I receive an Event Log error that says a drive is 'offline'.

Event Type: Error
Event Source: Storage Agents
Event Category: Events
Event ID: 1070
Date: 11/15/05
Time: 3:47:06 AM
User: N/A
Computer:
Description:
SCSI Physical Drive Status Change.
The SCSI physical drive with SCSI target 3 connected to SCSI bus 1 of the controller in slot 1 has a new status of 10.
(Drive status values: 1=other, 2=ok, 3=failed, 4=notConfigured, 5=badCable, 6=missingWasOk, 7=missingWasFailed, 8=predictiveFailure, 9=missingWasPredictiveFailure, 10=offline, 11=missingWasOffline)
[SNMP TRAP: 5020 in CPQSCSI.MIB]

Then exactly 2 minutes later the drive is 'ok'.

This is on a ML350 G1 (P3/866) running Windows 2000 Server SP4 with SupportPaq 7.40 installed. All four SCSI drives generate the same error. The issue is always corrected after exactly 2 minutes.

Any ideas on how to correct this?
