ML350 Fan Bypass

ML350 Fan Bypass

The primary system fan on one of our old ML350's failed today and the server will not boot but shuts down with the POST message "Critical Fan Failure Detected System Shutting Down".
I'd like to continue to run the server while waiting for the replacement to arrive. How do I override or bypass this Fan test?

I've removed the side cover and the disabled fan. The server is in a cool, controlled climate room.

well if the server has redundant fans it's because server needs it

bypassing that security will cause damage to the server
