ML350 G2 Proliant server will not POST please help ASAP

Hi all,

My server will not POST -no video. I have removed the cpu and memory and reseated them. I am getting power but still no video. The system fan is at full throttle and remains that way. The usually mode is the system fan spins down once server POST. Please help. Can someone please help ASAP.
