ML350 G2 - server down SCO Openserver 5.0.6

Server will not boot and displays message:
WARNING; HTFS can't read super block on HTFS dev hd (1/42)

Any suggestions from SCO users would be greatly appreciated. This is the second time this server has had issues since install in 2002. Hard drives were all replaced successfully last week and the server ran OK for a week its a Raid 5 - 3 drive config with a Ultra 3 SCSI controller. We will be replacing the power supply and SCSI adapter today when parts arrive.
