ML350 G3 Didn't start POST, and reboots at 1 sec.

Hi,
I have ML350 G3, when i start the Server CPU error light red, then light off, after 2 sec. CPU error light Red and VRM error start to flash. And seems that Server restarts CONTINUITY. The inside condition LED on front panel light in Red.
I test CPU, VRM, RAM, Power Suply and Backplane on different Server, all modules work fine. I ordered 2 System Boards and the problem is the same on all 3 system Boards.
Can you help me?
What to exchange to solve the Problem?

That sounds like an Issue with the Power Processor Module (PPM), swap the PPMs.

On this Server PPM=VRM (VoltageRegulatorModule) i test VRM and CPU on DL380 and they work fine. I measure Power Suply and all 12V, 5V and 3,3V are OK.

I swap the CPU and PPM, with good one and the problem stay the same !!!
