ML350 G3 Raid 5- Re-size NT ntfs partition

I have a Proliant ML350 G3 with four drives 36.4gb which is Raid 5. Does HP have any tools that can re-size the NTFS partitions, with out reinstalling the OS.

you can try use diskpart or a 3 party software some you have to pay for and other free
