ML350 G3 reinstall NT 4.0
I can't reinstall NT 4.0 Server on my ML 350 G3
I have 4 disk configured in RAID 5
I try with old and recent Smart Start
The controler Compaq LC2 Array is not detected by ACU in Smart Start
When I install only 2 disks, in RAID 0+1 it work but I prefer RAID 5
How can I do that ???

Re: ML350 G3 reinstall NT 4.0
Hi Olivier,
Have you tried to set up the Raid 5 using the ORCA by pressing F8 on boot. If not try to set the Raid in ORCA for sure this controller does support the Raid 5.
Good luck
Cheers,
Girma

Re: ML350 G3 reinstall NT 4.0
Go for a manual installation if RAID is configured, by providing the controller driver form site.
Then configure the HP utility on the same.
That will do

Re: ML350 G3 reinstall NT 4.0
I have configured my disks with ORCA
All is right, but NT install crash when I work in RAID 5, not in RAID 0+1
In documentation, i haven't found anything about this pb
