ML350 G3

Proliant NL350 G3 with Windows 2003 server

When APC UPS shuts down server using sheduled shutdown, power is removed from server as normal, but when power is reapplyed to the server the ON switch is illuminated but the server does not automatically restart without pressing the ON switch

I am installing a ML350G3 and is facing same problem when use with APC UPS.

I am still looking for solution
