"ASR Detected by System ROM" indicates that the server OS hanged, so the ASR timer did not get reset and after 15 minutes, it generates a NMI and resets the server.
Try to disable ASR or run diagnostics booting with SmartStart CD.

I disabled the ASR detect about month ago.

Even disabling the ASR Detected didn't help. Coming from the weekend. My system froze, I had to do a hard/cold boot.

Any other tips to resolve this problem on my server?

don't you have another memory modules to test in that server?

at the beginning of this thread you mentioned that 2 System board were replace so I think maybe memory modules are causing this issue.

are you still getting the error? ASR detected by system ROM?

just in case proliant support is at 8.0 as well as firmware Cd to 8.0?

The ASR error didn't come up in the IML log. I only have one memory module installed 1Gb.

Can you please send me the link for the latest firmware 8.0

I ended up replacing the M/B.
