ML350 G4P integrated SATA RAID 1??

Hi, I have an old HP Proliant ML350 G4P with 2 SCSI HDD 72GB in RAID 1 mode. Now I need to upgrade with more space but it's very hard to find SCSI drives and they are way expensive.

The question is, can the onboard SATA controller manage RAID 1? I don't have two SATA HDD to try, so if someone of you can tell me if it is possible or not...

where can I find the exact model? looking at the specs, I have 1 Xeon 3 GHz m604, 512MB ddr2, 1 Smart Array 64x Contoller for SCSI, 1 modular PSU, 2 SCSI HDD 72.8GB

so, the most similar in features is
ML350T04p SCSI
x3.0-2MB/800, 1 GB Array
380173-001

except for 1gb ram instead of 512 (but in mine, someone should have removed)

You must have a label with P/N (part number) and S/N (serial number). the important data in this case is part number

I can see a P/N for almost every component inside the case, but not for the whole Server. Where it is? I shouldn't recognize any of the P/N on the file at your link (P/N of the models)
