ML350 G4p Server 2008 R2 Issue
Has anyone managed to get Server 2008 R2 running properly on an ML350 G4p ?
I understand its not supported by HP, but Server 2008 x64 is so it should be possible to make it work. I have been able to install it by providing some of the x64 drivers to the Windows installer, and it works but bluescreens periodically (4-5 hours - ntoskrnl image - unfortunately it provided no driver name.)
Smartstart does not list the OS as an option (V8.3). and later versions do not work on my server. I have the latest FW and Bios installed.
If anyone can offer any tips or advice it would be much appreciated.

Re: ML350 G4p Server 2008 R2 Issue
I was able to install Server 2008 R2 but I haven't tried any apps. Were you able to get it to work? Did your Server 2008 x64 version work?
The SmartStart ISO I downloaded from HP site Rel. 8.30 had Server 2008 R2 as an option.
