ML350 G4p heat problem
For some reason the fan does not speed up to keep processer cooled.
I updated BIOS to latest version.
Good advise and solutions er more than welcome.

Airflow blockage? Cable issues (dents, scratches etc) to the fans or the power cables?

If it does, you might have to replace it.
There's some stuff inside the pipes, and if it leaks, it will not cool properbly.
Solution is to replace the heatsink assy.
