ML350 G4p heat problem

My ML350 G4p is running hot and reboots frequently. I have cleaned fans and fins and replaced heatsink paste.

For some reason the fan does not speed up to keep processer cooled.
I updated BIOS to latest version.

Good advise and solutions er more than welcome.

Have you checked for any related settings in BIOS?

Airflow blockage? Cable issues (dents, scratches etc) to the fans or the power cables?

Some HP servers have firmware upgrades that help with fans not working properly. Have you applied all the latest firmware and Option ROM upgrades?

Does your heatsink look like this?:

If it does, you might have to replace it.
There's some stuff inside the pipes, and if it leaks, it will not cool properbly.

Solution is to replace the heatsink assy.
