ML350 G4p running SCSI and SATA

ML350 G4p running SCSI and SATA

Hi,
For my ML350 g4p i want to run a scsi drive and a sata2 hard drive. The motherboard has a sata2 connector, but i wasnt sure if i installed a sata if it will cancel out the scsi. Can they work together?
