ML350 G5 (629) Secondary drive cage

Hi to all,

we have ML350 G5 (-629) with Smart Array 200/128 with 8 146 GB 2.5'' SAS drives installed, now I need to install aditional drives, so is it possible to install secondary drive cage (in 5.25 space) to install additional 4 SATA drives 3.5 (4x 1 TB) with additional Smart Array 200. In final there would be 2 Smart Array's 200, one managing 8 SAS 2.5'' drives and one managing 4 3.5 SATA drives.

Do yo have any other suggestions to install additional 4 SATA 3.5'' drives in ML350 G5, one of options is to buy 3rd party 4 port SATA controller and 5.25 to 3.5 brackets and install 4 SATA 3.5 drives in 4 5.25 slots.

do you really want the drives inside the ML350 itself?
an external drive-cabinet could be an suggestion?
