ML350 G5 Boot Disk Size

Can anyone help please?

Got a brand new ML350 G5, trying to set-up for Windows 2000 Advanced Server, using the initial HP Smartstart.

Problem is that even if I'm selecting a 12gb boot partition to create, once all installed, it is only 4GB in size, remaining area of disk is free to use

Have tried both options in the Array Card config (4gb / 8gb), no joy

Have noticed that the first time Windows starts up during the installation process, it mentions about an 'unknown disk format'

Also, select NTFS in SmartStart yet when finished, disk is in FAT format
