ML350 G5 Net config util doesnt display both NIC's

When i open the Network config utility i only see one NIC.

Running Windows 2003 SP2

From command prompt type: hpnetsvy> filename.txt, attached the output.

Check Device manager and look for Network devices and system devices, please attached picture if possible

heres the text file. Device manager only shows the one nic

If the NIC is not on Device manager there is something wrong for sure, it wont show up on the NUC, is there any unkown device on device manager? or maybe it looks as Broadcom insted of HP?

hi

ml350 g5 has physically 2 RJ-45 ports but 1 it's a NC373i(Network port) and the other one is for ilo 2 that's why you get only 1 NIC to configure so no option to create NIC teaming you have to buy a PCI card

*** Network RJ-45 2 (1 dedicated for iLO 2)

yes a Dl380 g5 has 2 embedded Nc373i you can use that one instead
