ML350 G5 Red LED (Please Help me :(( )

Hello, I have a problem with the server ML350 G5.: 2 INTEL XEON E5405 / 8GB ram / Two HD 146

Worked perfectly for a week, After which he stopped on day, The monitor does not turn on and 

 LED is red,  

Power off, unplug power cord.

Pull all RAM and reinsert

Power up and see, if it works.
