ML350 G5 - SATA DVDR reliably detected only on hard reboot

Hi,

I've the same problem with 2 brand new ML350 G5 servers. SATA DVDR is not detected relaibly after evry reboot. I've updated bios and other firmwares but problems remains the same. I tested by trying to put different bootable CDROMs and they're not detected everytime.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
