ML350 G5 - Upgrade P400 Raid controller to P410?

Hi,

Am setting up an ML350 G5 server to run SLES 11 sp2.  It has P400 Raid controller with BBWC and will be using 4-1TB SATA (3Gbs) drives.  Does it makes sense, performance-wise, to upgrade the RAID controller to P410?  Thanks!

The P400 support 1.5Gb/s SATA and the P410 supports 3Gb/s SATA
